Click on the above link, and choose to Save the installation file to your computer...make sure to pay attention to where you save the file. Then run the installation by double clicking on the file.

 

The Practice Manager is the automated answering system software application you use to set your on-call schedule, as well as configure all other settings in your profile. You can install this software on as many different PC's as you like...at the office, at home, or both. When you use this software to make changes to the schedule, it connects via internet to the Comm One online server and immediately updates the data on our server. Changes are effective immediately.

This software application is used to set up and control all aspects of your answering service application, including: your on-call schedule and shift times, your list of doctors and their pagers/mobile phones, the initial greeting that the caller hears, the practice password, the email address (for non-urgent messages) ...essentially Everything to effectively setup and manage your automated answering service operation.

The Practice Manager installation is a very simple software installation, and is guaranteed to be free from malware, spyware, and viruses. The application is protected by a name/password combination, so you must know that information to logon to your practice. (If you are setting up a new practice, you can of course choose your own name/password). Communications between this application and the online Comm One server are securely encrypted to protect your information.

This software is compatible with Windows 7, Vista, XP, ME, Server 2003/2008. It is a standard 32-bit Windows software application.
